ADP said the U.S. economy lost 33,000 private-sector jobs in June, but Wall Street barely reacted.
Dow futures were still up 0.1%, while S&P 500 futures were flat. Nasdaq 100 futures were down 0.1%.
The lack of a move likely reflects some hesitancy by market participants to react to ADP numbers, given they can differ pretty dramatically from the Labor Department’s monthly nonfarm payroll figures, which are due out tomorrow ahead of the July 4 holiday.
