NEW DELHI: Mining stocks were trading lower on Tuesday at 10:04AM
Ashapura Minechem Ltd.(up 4.99%), Oriental Trimex Ltd.(up 1.67%), Coal India Ltd.(up 1.64%), Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd.(up 1.51%) and 20 Microns Ltd.(up 0.69%) were among the top gainers.
Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd.(down 2.72%), Lexus Granito(India)Ltd.(down 1.63%), KIOCL Ltd.(down 1.35%), Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd.(down 1.16%), Aro Granite Industries Ltd.(down 0.54%), Pokarna Ltd.(down 0.43%), The Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd.(down 0.19%), MOIL Ltd.(down 0.13%) and NMDC Ltd.(down 0.05%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 63.0 points down at 22033.75, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 236.46 points at 72595.48 at around 10:04AM.
Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 2.12%), Coal India Ltd.(up 1.75%), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 1.34%), Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 1.14%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 1.1%), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 1.08%), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 0.89%), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(up 0.59%), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(up 0.48%) and HCL Technologies Ltd.(up 0.4%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(down 2.34%), Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.49%), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.39%), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(down 1.32%), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 1.17%), Cipla Ltd.(down 1.1%), Britannia Industries Ltd.(down 1.03%), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 0.99%), State Bank of India(down 0.98%) and Bharti Airtel Ltd.(down 0.9%) were trading in the red.
