Jobs This government figure — which many investors consider one of the most important to watch —will come out at 8:30 a.m. ET. Results will be on “Closing Bell: Overtime” with Morgan Brennan and Jon Fortt. Lennar shares have fallen 10.5% over the past three months. The stock is off 20.5% from last December’s 52-week high. The State Street SPDR S & P Homebuilders ETF (XHB) has dropped nearly 7% in three months. The fund is down 11% from the September high. Hovanian has fallen 27.9% in the past three months. Toll Brothers shares have been about flat in the past three months. LEN 3M mountain Lennar in the past three months IPO We are watching for pricing information from medical supply company Medline, which is backed by some super big names. If the price comes in at the higher end of the range, it may be 2025’s biggest initial public offering. The Renaissance IPO ETF is up 5% so far this year. It is currently off 16% from the September high. The top performers in the ETF this year are Nextpower , which is up nearly 140%, and Tempus AI , which is up 103%. Viking Holdings is up about 61% year to date. Going back one month, Chime Financial is tops on the list. Shares have gained 30% in the past month. Health care in the U.S.A. The S & P health-care sector picked up 1.3% on Monday. It is now off 1.8% from the Nov. 25 high. Health care is the top performing S & P sector in the last three months, up 14% in the period. Eli Lilly is the top performing health-care sector stock in the past three months, up about 42%. Cardinal Health has added 33% in the past three months.
