The NSE Nifty 50 opens down by 85.50 points or 0.38% at 22,316.90, while the BSE Sensex drops 280.59 points or 0.38% to 73,572.35 in the opening trade. The broader indices opened in mixed territory. Bank Nifty index opens lower by 416.35 points or 0.86% to settle at 47,772.65.
