CONTINUING COVERAGE: Analyst Weighs in as Moore Takes Stance on Redistricting Question

(WBFF) – Governor Wes Moore was confronted while visiting the state fair over his stance in favor of a redistricting question hitting ballots in November.

This week, the state supreme court ruled the ballot question would be allowed, provided that it is rewritten to avoid any misleading words.

However, the legal battle may not be over.

On Friday, the republican plaintiffs filed an emergency motion asking the Anne Arundel County judge for another hearing.

They argue the supreme court was unclear about which of the lower court’s findings on election law violations still stand.

All this as November is fast approaching.
