Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the other major stock indexes traded little changed ahead of Tuesday’s open. On Monday, the Dow Jones industrials dropped 347 points after President Donald Trump rejected Iran’s latest proposal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
