Bitter Michigan Senate race rattles Jewish and Muslim voters

Michigan’s closely contested Senate race has become deeply personal for some voters. In Detroit’s suburbs, Jewish Democrats are questioning whether they can support Democrat Abdul El-Sayed who’d be the nation’s first Muslim senator if elected on Nov. 3.
