Transaction in own shares
Admiral Group plc (the “Company”) announces that for the period 21 October 2026 to 27 October 2026 it has purchased for cancellation 250,000 of its ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each (‘ordinary shares’), as detailed below, through the Company’s broker UBS AG, London Branch (“UBS”) as part of its buy-back programme announced on 30 September 2026.

The Company intends to cancel all of the purchased ordinary shares.
Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares reported above, the Company’s issued share capital will consist of 305,304,676 ordinary shares with voting rights.
There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.
The above figure (305,304,676) may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
From the commencement of the share buy-back programme on 30 September 2026, the Company has purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 3,709.19p per ordinary share.
