NEW DELHI: Power stocks were trading lower on Tuesday at 10:14AM
Indo Tech Transformers Ltd.(up 5.00%), Karma Energy Ltd.(up 4.96%), Torrent Power Ltd.(up 3.58%), RattanIndia Power Ltd.(up 2.84%), Kalpataru Projects International Ltd.(up 1.83%), Jyoti Structures Ltd.(up 1.20%), Energy Development Company Ltd.(up 0.65%) and India Power Corporation Ltd.(up 0.30%) were among the top gainers.
Inox Wind Ltd.(down 10.46%), Orient Green Power Company Ltd.(down 4.26%), Voltamp Transformers Ltd.(down 3.63%), Inox Wind Energy Ltd.(down 3.50%), Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd.(down 3.50%), Suzlon Energy Ltd.(down 3.32%), SJVN Ltd.(down 3.12%), Hitachi Energy India Ltd.(down 2.81%), GE Power India Ltd.(down 2.73%) and Indowind Energy Ltd.(down 2.72%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 20.6 points up at 22953.05, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 34.05 points at 75424.55 at around 10:14AM.
Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.(up 2.86%), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 1.81%), Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.(up 1.69%), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 1.48%), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 1.17%), UltraTech Cement Ltd.(up 0.88%), Cipla Ltd.(up 0.7%), Tata Steel Ltd.(up 0.69%), Shriram Finance Ltd.(up 0.68%) and Grasim Industries Ltd.(up 0.54%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(down 1.2%), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(down 0.78%), Coal India Ltd.(down 0.7%), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(down 0.68%), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(down 0.61%), NTPC Ltd.(down 0.56%), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 0.5%), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(down 0.44%), Tata Motors Ltd.(down 0.43%) and ITC Ltd.(down 0.41%) were trading in the red.
