Sensex Today | Paytm gets administrative warning over related-party transactions with PPBL
One 97 Communications, the parent company of Paytm, has received an administrative warning letter from market regulator SEBI, the company informed stock exchanges late evening on July 15.
The warning letter is over a related party transactions entered by the company with Paytm Payments Bank for FY22, which the regulator said did not have the approval of either the audit committee or the shareholders.
