Big Tech earnings were a shot in the arm for a stock market that’s struggled to find a catalyst to counter tariff worries.
The Nasdaq Composite jumped 2.6% in Thursday morning trading, while the S&P 500 rose 1.5%. The Dow was up 380 points, or 0.9%.
The S&P and Dow would bring their winning streak to eight days if the gains hold.
