“I’m pumped about this,” said McGough. “There are150 names in REITs—so there’s a lot of places to go, a lot of cap, a lot of volatility, but we’re starting with where the signal is telling us to go.”
Rob Simone, our former REITs analyst, is leaving Hedgeye and will be replaced by research veteran McGough. “We’re going to miss [Rob Simone],” said McCullough. “He’s one of the great players to ever put on a Hedgeye jersey.”
