Sebi cuts listing time to T+3 working days for public issue of debt securities
Sebi announced on Thursday that the timeline for listing public issues of debt securities will be shortened to three working days (T+3) from the current six days (T+6) to enable quicker access to funds. This new timeline will be optional for the first year and mandatory thereafter. According to a circular issued by the Sebi, the revised timeline will apply to the listing of public issues of debt securities and Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares.

Khambatta Securities Limited has been appointed as the book-running lead manager for the IPO process, according to a company statement.
The statement indicated that the company aims to reach a significant milestone of Rs 100 crore in revenue by the financial year 2027. In FY24, Icon Facilitators reported revenue from operations of Rs 49.84 crore, up from Rs 42.96 crore in FY23.
