Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: CarTrade Tech(Rs. 646.27 crore), Moschip Tech(Rs. 110.29 crore), Indian Renewable(Rs. 87.16 crore), GRSE(Rs. 71.53 crore), Rail Vikas Nigam(Rs. 65.13 crore), Mazagon Dock Ship(Rs. 61.97 crore), Railtel Corp(Rs. 51.29 crore), Suzlon Energy(Rs. 45.27 crore), JTL Infra(Rs. 44.29 crore) and Vodafone Idea(Rs. 43.96 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:04AM in Monday’s session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 85.35 points down at 23415.75, while BSE Sensex was down 265.39 points at 76944.51 as of 10:04AM(IST)on June 24.

In the Nifty index, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(up 1.34 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 0.89 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 0.80 per cent), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(up 0.72 per cent) and Wipro Ltd.(up 0.69 per cent) were among the top gainers.

On the other hand, IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 3.06 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(down 2.13 per cent), Cipla Ltd.(down 2.11 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(down 1.57 per cent) and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(down 1.35 per cent) were among the top losers.
