The NSE Nifty 50 opens down by 125.40 points or 0.55% at 22,762.75, while the BSE Sensex drops 343.52 points or 0.46% to 74,826.94 in the opening trade. The broader indices opened in negative territory. Bank Nifty index opens lower by 355.45 points or 0.72% to settle at 48,786.70.
