NMDC Ltd.(up 1.23%), Aro Granite Industries Ltd.(up 0.64%), Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd.(up 0.27%), 20 Microns Ltd.(up 0.25%) and Coal India Ltd.(up 0.02%) were among the top gainers.
Ashapura Minechem Ltd.(down 4.37%), Pokarna Ltd.(down 2.47%), Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd.(down 1.88%), Oriental Trimex Ltd.(down 1.70%), MOIL Ltd.(down 1.21%), Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd.(down 0.87%), KIOCL Ltd.(down 0.48%), Lexus Granito(India)Ltd.(down 0.27%) and The Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd.(down 0.04%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 30.55 points down at 21786.9, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 62.09 points at 71949.96 at around 10:09AM.
Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 4.13%), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(up 2.38%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 1.31%), Nestle India Ltd.(up 1.2%), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(up 0.96%), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 0.95%), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 0.7%), State Bank of India(up 0.59%), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 0.54%) and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(up 0.52%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Hindalco Industries Ltd.(down 2.53%), Tata Steel Ltd.(down 2.39%), UPL Ltd.(down 1.64%), Tata Motors Ltd.(down 1.59%), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 1.42%), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.09%), Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.07%), NTPC Ltd.(down 0.9%), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 0.87%) and ICICI Bank Ltd.(down 0.83%) were trading in the red.
