Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Mangalore Chem, Country Condos, Synergy Green Ind, GSK Pharma and Bannari Amman, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:16AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 47.0 points to 24281.95 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Gensol Engg, W S Industries, Adhunik Industries, Dhanvarsha Finvest and AGS Transact Tech, touched their fresh 52-week low.

Overall, 27 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 23 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, Nestle India, Grasim Inds., Tata Motors and Dr. Reddys were among top gainers, while HUL, Tata Consumer, Bharti Airtel, M&M and ICICI Bank traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 164.95 points down at 79951.54 at 11:16AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Power sectors, while selling was visible in Construction, FMCG, Cables, Real Estate and Airlines sectors.
