NEW DELHI: Shares of The Anup Engg, Reliance Infra, Linde India, Force Motors and Somi Conveyor, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday’s trade on NSE.
Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 32.36 points up at 22055.7 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.
However, stocks such as SITI Networks, Sanco Industries, Vaxtex Cotfab, Prudential Sugar and Stampede Cap(DVR), touched their fresh 52-week lows.
Overall, 23 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 27 closed in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Steel, M&M, JSW Steel, Tata Motors and Apollo Hospital were among top gainers during the day, while Tata Consumer, Infosys, UPL, TCS and Titan Company ended in the red.
The BSE Sensex closed 104.99 points up at 72748.42.
Traders piled up positions in Aquaculture, Telecommunications, Metals – Ferrous, Auto and Hospitals & Allied Services sectors, while selling was witnessed in Agro Processing, FMCG, Logistics, Defence and Leather sectors during the day.
