U.S. stocks rebound as Trump administration pushes back against China export controls (COMP:IND:)

Wall Street’s major averages were higher on Monday as Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said the U.S. has “aggressively pushed back” against China’s recent export restrictions and called them a “provocative move.”

This came after Trump posted Sunday that “it will all be
