Week’s Best: Stock Market Mayhem Triggers Outages

Customers of top brokerage firms including Schwab, Fidelity, and Vanguard reported problems accessing their online accounts on Monday as markets tanked around the globe. The technical issues were eventually resolved, but some customers were frustrated and took to social media to complain. The firms apologized for the glitches.
