Power and Instrumentation(Gujarat)Ltd.(up 5.00%), Transformers & Rectifiers(India)Ltd.(up 4.99%), Indowind Energy Ltd.(up 4.88%), Neueon Towers Ltd.(up 4.11%), SJVN Ltd.(up 3.63%), CESC Ltd.(up 3.50%), NLC India Ltd.(up 3.17%), Inox Wind Energy Ltd.(up 3.16%), Torrent Power Ltd.(up 3.14%) and Adani Power Ltd.(up 2.69%) were among the top gainers.
Orient Green Power Company Ltd.(down 2.46%), Karma Energy Ltd.(down 1.99%), Energy Development Company Ltd.(down 1.35%), RattanIndia Power Ltd.(down 1.17%), Jyoti Structures Ltd.(down 0.96%) and Kalpataru Projects International Ltd.(down 0.32%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 150.15 points up at 22154.85, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 503.04 points at 72973.34 at around 10:09AM.
Reliance Industries Ltd.(up 2.47%), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(up 2.29%), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 1.89%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 1.71%), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 1.66%), Axis Bank Ltd.(up 1.07%), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 0.89%), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(up 0.87%), Titan Company Ltd.(up 0.86%) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 0.85%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(down 1.13%), UPL Ltd.(down 1.04%), Coal India Ltd.(down 0.54%), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 0.41%), Britannia Industries Ltd.(down 0.35%), Nestle India Ltd.(down 0.34%), Wipro Ltd.(down 0.34%), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 0.32%), Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(down 0.28%) and LTIMindtree Ltd.(down 0.25%) were trading in the red.
