Good morning. Stocks rebounded on Monday following a brutal sell-off in Tech last week. Anthropic meanwhile released an amended S-1 filing that included third quarter financials.

The AI developer said its revenue for the third quarter was $16.96 billion, up from $1.38 billion during the same quarter last year.

Marvell Technology (MRVL) shares fell after the chip designer announced it will acquire optical component maker Lumentum (LITE) in a deal valued at $115 billion. The transaction would mark the largest merger between two publicly traded companies on record.

Here’s a check of the markets in the first few minutes of trading, based on a heat map powered by Yahoo Finance AlphaSpace data.
