Memory isn’t the best risk reward in our coverage – which we think is NVDA/ AVGO – but it’s catching up fast.” Goldman Sachs initiates Versigent as buy Goldman said the electrification company has plenty of upside. “We are initiating coverage of Versigent (VGNT) with a Buy rating and a $48 price target, implying 20% upside.” BMO downgrades Charles Schwab to market perform from outperform BMO downgraded the stock on valuation. “We are downgrading SCHW to Neutral from Market Perform. Fundamentals remain strong, but after a roughly 20% rally and outperformance vs. SPX and XLF, we feel the risk/reward is more balanced.” BMO initiates Crane as outperform BMO said it likes the company’s A & D exposure. “We launch coverage of Crane a t Outperform with a $253 target (+17% upside).” Cantor Fitzgerald reiterates Tesla as overweight The firm said it’s sticking with the stock ahead of earnings later this week. “Overall, we continue to see Tesla’s Robotaxi segment and Cybercab as a software-as-a-service, high-margin model. We continue to expect TSLA will have the ability to scale rapidly following commercialization (despite the delayed expansion) and capture meaningful market share.” Barclays upgrades Lumentum to overweight from equal weight Barclays said buy the dip in Lumentum shares. “The underlying fundamentals remain strong for transceiver/laser demand, and we like the risk/reward on the pullback. Mizuho initiates BP as outperform The firm said shares of the oil and gas giant have plenty of upside. “We are initiating coverage of BP Plc (BP) with an Outperform rating and $51/ADS NAVbased price target.” Mizuho initiates TotalEnergies as outperform Mizuho said the energy company has a differentiated offering. “We are initiating coverage of TotalEnergies ( TTE) with an Outperform rating and $103 NAV-based price target.” CLSA initiates Microsoft and Adobe as outperform CLSA said Microsoft is firing on all cylinders. The firm also initiated Adobe and says its “moats are neglected.” “Among our six initiations, we recommend Microsoft as O-PF for its ubiquity, despite a bumbling Copilot that is acquiring shades of Clippy. Adobe wins our vote with an O-PF – its stock reflects the market’s fears, but its moats are neglected amid metrics that have held on better than believed.” JPMorgan initiates Moog as overweight JPMorgan said the aerospace company has a wide moat. “We are initiating coverage of Moog Inc. (MOG/A) with an Overweight rating and a Dec. 2027 price target of $520, implying ~35% upside potential.” Rothschild & Co Redburn initiates DPC Holdings as buy The firm said the metal components company is compelling. “Doncasters operates in a capacity-constrained market with high barriers to entry and expensive switching costs amid a limited pool of vertically integrated scaled competitors.” Deutsche Bank initiates Regal Rexnord as buy Deutsche said the electrification and transmission company has plenty of growth ahead. “We initiate coverage of Regal Rexnord with a Buy rating and $286 price target; this implies > 30% upside to the current stock price.” Deutsche Bank downgrades Monster to hold from buy Deutsche downgraded the stock on valuation. ‘We are downgrading MNST to Hold today as the stock’s recent outperformance has left valuation increasingly dependent on outcomes that exceed our already constructive expectations.” Citizens initiates Gloo Holdings as market outperform Citizens said it likes the software company’s management team. “We are initiating coverage of Gloo w ith a Market Outperform rating and $8 price target.” HSBC initiates Apollo Global as buy The firm said Apollo is best positioned. “We initiate Apollo with a Buy as we like the firm’s AUM positioning in the current environment…” Morgan Stanley upgrades Global Payments to overweight from equal weight Morgan Stanley said the stock is best positioned for a rerating. “We are upgrading GPN to OW as we think the setup has become increasingly asymmetric to the upside.
