Legendary football coach Nick Saban is already coming out of retirement, and it comes as no surprise that he’s getting back to what he knows best.
Following his recent retirement from Alabama, Saban is set to join ESPN and will work primarily as an analyst on the set of College GameDay, according to reports from ESPN.
Saban will also contribute to ESPN’s NFL Draft coverage and make appearances at SEC Media Days in July.
“ESPN and College GameDay have played such an important role in the growth of college football, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to join their team,” Saban said in a statement. “I’ll do my best to offer additional insights and perspectives to contribute to College GameDay, the ultimate Saturday tradition for college football fans.”
ESPN says additional details, including Saban’s first assignment, will be announced at a later date.
