National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) shares gained six percent in the early trade on February 15 even after the company reported a 73 percent drop in consolidated net profit at Rs 150.9 crore for the December quarter.

Revenue dropped 25.2 percent YoY to Rs 7,581 crore for the quarter.

For the nine months ended December, NFL’s total income was Rs 18,349 crore, down 21.5 percent from the same period last year. Read More

Gujarat State Petronet has registered a 9.9% on-year growth in consolidated net profit at Rs 394.9 crore for third quarter of FY24. Revenue from operations grew by 9.8% year-on-year to Rs 4,389 crore for the quarter.

Sidwal Refrigeration Industries, the wholly owned material subsidiary of Amber Enterprises, has made primary investment of Rs 100 crore in the equity share capital of Shivaliks Mercantile. The company will infuse the amount in two tranches.

Hindustan Unilever is in talks with Andhra Pradesh government to collaborate on palm oil production in the state. HUL sought to partner with more than 15,000 farmers in Andhra Pradesh to create at least 30,000 hectares of oil palm plantations. The proposed plan will lead to investments of over Rs 300 crore during the project development period. The proposed palm oil mill is expected to create over 1,000 direct and indirect jobs in the state.

Luxury hotel developer Juniper Hotels, which runs some properties under the Hyatt chain in India, has set the price band for its public issue at Rs 342-360 per share of the face value of Rs 10 each. The IPO will be open for subscription from February 21 to 23.

The Rs 1,800-crore IPO comprises a fresh issue, with no offer-for-sale component, with around 10 percent of the issue reserved for retail investors.

Retail investors can bid for a minimum of 40 shares and in multiples of 40 after that. Hence the minimum investment by retail investors would be Rs 13,680. At the upper end, the bidding amount will increase to Rs 14,400. Read More

One 97 Communications, its subsidiaries and its associate, Paytm Payments Bank, have received notices and requisition for information, documents and explanations from the authorities, including Enforcement Directorate (ED), with respect to the customers that may have done business with the respective entities.

The company and its associate have continued to provide such information, documents and explanations to the authorities as is being required by them. Paytm Payments Bank does not undertake outward foreign remittance.

Meanwhile, the exchanges revised the circuit limit for the stock to 5%, from 10% earlier.
