Here’s what CNBC TV’s producers were watching and what’s on the radar for the next session. The data centers Ahead of Nvidia ‘s report Wednesday, Jim Cramer of “Mad Money” said he’s waiting on more news on data centers, but there’s reason to be optimistic on stocks like GE Vernova and Micron Technology among others. Cramer and company got a great view of the industry last week when the show visited Micron’s headquarters in Boise, Idaho. If you missed it, check it out on CNBC.com . GE Vernova went from $639.77 in January to $942.10 as of Monday’s close. That’s a roughly 47% jump. On Micron, Cramer said valuation is low making the stock attractive. Micron fell almost 6% on Monday, but it is up about 220% so far this year. In the end, he said it is OK to sell some stocks with exposure to data centers, but it’s a growth area that commands attention. Regarding Nvidia, which reports Wednesday and has been down seven straight days, Cramer said it’s “due to worries on data center slowdowns.” All three are in Cramer’s charitable trust. Nvidia is up about 1,200% since Cramer last bought in 2022. His Micron pick has also done extremely well. On CNBC, the countdown to Nvidia’s report picks up steam. According to data provider Quartr, 90% of Nvidia’s revenues are now tied to the data center industry. NVDA YTD mountain Nvidia in 2026 New home sales The number comes out at 10 a.m. ET. CNBC TV’s Diana Olick will have the details and any stock impact. Shares of Toll Brothers are down 12% from the February high, but they’re up nearly 10% in three months. Hovnanian is down 22% from the September 2025 high. The stock is up around 20% in three months. Lennar is down 38% since hitting a high in September of last year. The stock is up 7% so far this August. Pulte is off 10% from the February high. The stock is up 20% from the May low point. Earnings from Dick’s Sporting Goods The numbers come out on ” Squawk Box ” Tuesday morning with Becky Quick, Andrew Ross Sorkin, and Joe Kernen. Shares are down 22% in three months. The retail giant sells every sporting good you need for the court, field, diamond and pitch. Dick’s Sporting Goods has been striking out since reaching a high on June 22 . It is down 26% from that level. DKS 3M mountain Dick’s Sporting Goods in three months Earnings from the Bank of Montreal Quarterly numbers from the bank will also come out on “Squawk Box.” The stock is up 7% in the three months since the last report. Bank of Montreal shares are off 8% from the high hit last week. Expedia hits a new high Expedia shares are up 30% in a month and up 58% in three months. EXPE 3M mountain Expedia in three months Amgen hits a new high The Dow Industrials component is up 15% so far in August. Amgen shares are up 31% in three months.
