Here’s what CNBC TV’s producers were watching as the Nasdaq Composite fell for a fifth day, and what’s on the radar for the next session. Procter & Gamble The consumer goods company releases its quarterly earnings report on “Squawk Box” Wednesday morning. Becky Quick, Joe Kernen and Andrew Ross Sorkin will have the numbers and the immediate stock reaction. Procter & Gamble shares are flat over the past three months. The stock is off 11% from the February high. PG 3M mountain Procter & Gamble in three months After the bell reports on ‘Closing Bell: Overtime’ Meta Platforms is down 11.6% in three months. The stock is down 25% from the August 2025 high. Microsoft is down 8% in three months. Shares are off 29% from the July 31, 2025 high. Qualcomm is up 8.6% in three months. The stock is 37% from the late May high. Oracle hits a 52-week low The stock is now at levels not seen since May 2024. Oracle shares are down 18% in July, and they are off 65% from the September high. ORCL 1M mountain Oracle in the past month A new high for Philip Morris Philip Morris is now at an all-time high. The stock is up 10% in July. The stock hit a real valley in November, but its up 40% since then. SK Hynix Earnings just came out in South Korea. Investors in the U.S. don’t seem too pleased: The stock is down 2% after hours. SK Hynix shares traded in the U.S. are down 33% from the July 14 high mark. The stock ended the session at $130.17. We’ll have more about this starting on ” Morning Call ” with Morgan Brennan at 5 a.m. ET. SKHY 5D mountain SK Hynix shares in the U.S. over the past five trading days SpaceX SpaceX picked up 2.6% on Tuesday. However, it’s down 48% from the $225.64 high hit in June. There are two big issues Jim Cramer wants everyone to know about before buying the stock. First, due to the ownership structure Elon Musk can do whatever he wants to do. If he wants to buy Tesla , he can do it. Cramer isn’t sure that’s a great idea. Second, there’s the float. Very few of SpaceX shares are actually on the market, but the float is about to expand by Cramer’s count from about 5% to 12%. He added more supply often means lower prices. Cramer said SpaceX “has been a real dog… but I know there’s a lot of interest and a lot of faith in Elon Musk.” Bottom line, according to Cramer: “Wait for the next lots of stocks to come out Thursday before pulling the trigger… be patient.” SpaceX reports Tuesday of next week. The release of this report triggers a major lock-up expiration on Thursday, Aug. 6.
