Share Market Live Updates: Sensex, Nifty open in red (File Image)
Stock Market Today Live Updates: A day after witnessing a major slide in indices, Indian benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty opened on Thursday (March 14) on a lower note. Sensex opened 194.40 points, or 0.27 per cent lower at 72, 567.50 while Nifty slipped 15.20 points, or 0.07 per cent at 21,982.50.
Asian market remained largely in mixed territory. Nikkei lost 0.10 per cent at 38,656.13 while Kospi gained 0.57 per cent at 2,708.59.
International crude oil prices remained underpinned after recent attacks on Russian refineries. Brent crude oil futures rose 0.20 per cent at 84.20 while US WTI gained 0.16 per cent at 79.85.
